A historical building. The existing exteriors left with minimum alterations.

The interior layout consisting of residential units, was the main factor in

the success of this design, The existing interior with its heavy timber post

and beam system and brick walls were incorporated in the design.

 

Lenhart Road, Hatfield, Pennsylvania

A single family home, simple layout with good materials, including Cement/fiber

siding board, custom made 2" thick widow and door trim, heavy porch columns,

durable natural stone walks and patio, and in the interior high ceilings and

quality kitchen design and finish materials and cathedral ceilings in all second

floor rooms.

 

Abington Residence Rear Facade, Abington, Pennsylvania

A 6,000 sq. ft. home with an elongated layout due to the site dimensions.

The exterior has South Eastern character, large two story vestibule/great room,

custom horseshoe stairs and windows, backyard balcony running the entire

length of the house.

retaining its traditional facades.

A structurally challenging addition ,the roof was framed to create a high

cathedral ceiling in the new kitchen/living space, the existing basement walls

have to be underpinned, and a new deck made out of long-lasting Brazilian

hard wood .
