Agiba Tourist Center, Marsa Matroh, Egypt

A multi-use project consisting of a hexagon shaped aerial tramway station with a restaurant, open court, gift shops and supporting facilities.  A hotel which is totally embedded in the famous Agiba site which preserve the sea view.  The hotel design follows the contours of the site and dictates the entrance, lobby and all the supporting facilities, which are on upper floors and hotel rooms, which are below those floors.

 

640 Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA

A large mixed use project with a dividable retail space on the ground level, parking garage at the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor and offices at the fourth and fifth floors.

Garden type residential villas are located on the upper levels.

A large scope multi-use project that contains a shopping mall, offices, arena/festival/sport event space with its supporting elements, two parking garage buildings and boutique-type retail shops.

A good example of what can be done with small space.  It is a conversion of an Automobile mechanic's shop to an open plan market, turning an unattractive exterior into one with a country theme.
