I have found it to be true that the design is only limited by the client's ambition.  A building architectural significance will not occur without the backing of the client, no matter how talented the architect is.

The site with its factors, characters and local limitations is a defining force.  Finally, the constructability and the available financing is a heavy factor in erecting a building.  A building's architectural significance is a result of the interaction between art and engineering.
